Bank inspector easily to pretend customer to know their package. And this project ready big excessive advertising during mco, a lot celebrity, guru, agency, even insurance elite group also join for the advertising etc etc.

Mind explaining why?

Weird project, to have club facilities where the membership is open to non-owners. Good and bad, since it should be beneficial to the community in Nilai but to the homeowners, don't think they'll be too happy with this. Any owners here? What are your thoughts on this?

If within central Klang Valley, also will have lelong units, but take up and occupancy will be way better. Will need a long time until this project is reasonably occupied.

Club must open to public to reg otherwise confirm will shut down.
Example Tropicana Height Kajang club also shut down due to less member and can't get support from resident around.
