Its probably both, mostly the first one. Not neccessarily breached long time ago too. I had my password breached recently and its not reflected on HIBP yet. And they literally have records of billions of account. Luckily its just a throwaway password I reuse on nonimportant websites.

Pretty much yeah. Nowadays sites with good security will block your login if they detect it as an unusual activity (login from another country IP, different device etc) even if you don't have 2FA on. That's how I found out my email/password combination got pwned. Imagine getting emails for unusual login for dozens of website in a span of a month.

Moral of the story, don't reuse password, especially for any account you are not willing to lose. Database breaches happen all the time. Even if your passwords are hashed in the database, it's still susceptible to cracking attempts.

I will never buy char from shop. Reason is that its never needed. c0 or c6, you can pass every content ingame regardless. 4* characters reaching c6 is a matter of when and theres no rush.

The problem is that I have no artifacts to up anymore. I even have a bunch of failed +4s just to roll for stats. You can't sell 5* so my bag is just full of them doing nothing.

full combo with burst is

wall > walk through wall > hit > hit > hit > charge > burst > wall (c2 refresh) > burst (c6 refresh)

or even fuller combo, add zhongli shield first

I love her kit. She is so much fun to play. With C2 and proper screen positioning, you can keep juggling the screen to maximize damage. Fun stuff

Nobody to level at the moment but event is worth it

yup Xiao is super greedy, Razor too. You have to drop one of them. Also Razor without a Cryo is very weak. He needs superconduct to be remotely useful.

This is coming from a Lv90 Razor owner lol. Only use him for exploration nowadays

I never had trouble with world ranks, just level up.

Lv80 is enough. Lv90 is not worth it for the amount of books needed. It's better to level up your other low levels.

Farm artifacts since you are AR45 now, you will get lots of damage with 5* +20 artifacts

She charge energy too slow. I usually pair her with Bennett. Bennett spamming E inside his Q charges her quite fast

Ningguang with Lost Prayers is strong. Throw in Zhongli and you have a team there set to go. I highly recommend getting him next banner.

I'd build your party around Keqing and Ningguang as main DPS. If your Keqing is physical, she needs Kaeya.
Build Ningguang around Geo resonance. After the Geo changes, IMO geo has the best resonance. So maybe Ningguang, Geo MC or Zhongli if you get him.

As for artifact, you just need to be patient. Good stats will eventually come especially when all you do endgame is mostly farming artifacts.

Initially wanted Sucrose as a EM transfer bot for Hu Tao. But Hu Tao never came so change of plan. Maybe build her for main DPS swirl procs.

My Venti could use an upgrade too. His artifacts isn't the best. And the only one in my party that uses Maiden's is Qiqi. She doesn't need anything to be good.
