My personal take would be free 20 pulls was ok for aniversary reward, but no new qol changes take make the game smoother to play, good example would be if  1000>1500 artifact storage were to be added as aniversary improvement, people would feel like a improvement.

My logic thinking is they can't go ham on aniversary reward, if set bar high, next aniversary will be hard to top previous one. And being the biggest gacha game, don't really need to give etc 100 free summon (guardian tale) to attract a few players.

I thought YanFei's combat sequence should begin with her burst? Cause it buffs her charged attack damage? YanFei not having 100% shield uptime is reasonable but should be pretty good to have anyway. 

There were some pretty good weapon banners before e.g. Homa + WGS, Lost Prayer + WGS, Jade Cutter + Jade Spear, Skyward Harp + Lost Prayer. That's what gave people hope there's a possibility of 2 good weapons. But what's good or not also is subjective. To non-Eula player, Broken Pines is junk.

Leaks seem to be one of the main sources of pain for Mihoyo. It's what causes the Baal & Anniversary drama. That's why the massive clamp down on leaks. Now no choice have to just wait for official release each time. 
Initially, I also thought data mined info should be fine since it's based on what the devs built. So it could be treated as somewhat official already. But people still raged over last minute changes. Hence, Mihoyo has officially declared war against rumour mongers (like Mattjestic but it's reasonable) & tragically data miners got included too.

Here are the datamined artifacts from Genshin Intel. Ignore the comments about Albedo getting a re-run, though I wouldn't rule that out lol.

And yes, Divine Chorus' wordings are unclear. If it accumulates stack healing based on overheals, then Kokomi might be able to abuse that artifact. It seems like if you're gonna go on the offense with Kokomi, Mihoyo expects you to capitalize on her Healing Bonus stat. I still think 4pc HoD is competitive for Kokomi because even at C6, all her damage is hydro damage. Losing on that 4pc damage bonus can be pretty shitty. It might just be case of high single target dps vs. aoe burst every 3s. And we don't know if the kit synergizes well with Kokomi's AA strings.

Will have to see what theorycrafters discover upon release.

Wah u missed a huge benefit from Bennett & xingqiu

I don’t really recommend this.
Because hutao’s ult actually deals quite a bit of damage.
Has the much needed (small) AOE and heals you up.
In abyss when you want to run a team with no healers, her ult is necessary to keep hutao’s health at 30-50%.

I feel the only character that can benefit greatly from shimenawa is Yoimiya since her ult doesn’t deal that much of damage.

This one lagi big no no. YanFei needs her burst since it boosts her CA. If you start off the battle with her burst, then there's no energy left for you to activate Shimenawa's 4pcs bonus.

Better you go with 2 Crimson 2 Shimenawa/Gladiator/Wanderer 

Shimenawa is generally a below average or super niche set. You have to play it exactly according to the sequence. If you don't play it properly, it'll reduce your total DPS by A LOT - either no burst or no 4 pcs bonus (because each time you use your E, you don't have energy).
