After logged in, whenever i go to the Subscription site to claim the monthly free games, the website won't load correctly. It will load halfway with the game image blurred out and no button to add the game in library. Last month I was having the same problem but after few days I managed to load the website fully to claim the free games. But now it won't work.

I tried different PC, different phone and different internet but all failed. This is frustrating!

The website got many issue after they revamped the whole site. And it seems the problems are not yet fixed until now. I would suggest you to claim from playstation app for the time being.

u probably wanna try different browser. i always rotate chrome, firefox and microsoft edge. Chrome always failed me, but firefox and edge occasionally works.

you'll need to log out and log in back, seems they have some cookies issues

I have the same problem too.. Sometimes the website is ok, sometimes problematic

The best method right now is to use the Android PS App to claim the monthly PS Plus free games as the website is broken.
