Wei Wei going to “group bulk purchase” deal with agent Wei Wei.

Then after kena debunk, suddenly many “interested buyer” appear to blow the thread up.

Geng, agents nowadays tokok not enough, need to come lowyat blow and write nice things also.

If there are ppl who believe lowyat thread and sign SPA for this project solely because of the discussion here, … speechless la

Dear abang, I went thru the whole thread.

You were propagating the conversation, talking to many agents who either announced themselves or did not.

You always raise the bad point first, then end with a good point to wipe the slate ncie and clean.

People on forum should be reminded to judge arguments wisely. Take it with a grain of salt when an agent tell you “high density also can rent one”. And on LYN, ppl who sings about one project, high possibility agent. I buy good project I won’t go on LYN to sing.
