My fren said now parents are looking for used pc or laptop because their budget only less than RM1k for 1 pc or laptop.

Now out of stock but parents still keep on asking when new stock will arrive

New pc and laptop also increase in sales but not so much.

It shows most of parents dont have much saving to buy new laptop or pc.

What a sad reality.

Its kind of bad ppl selling 2nd laptop that is more than 7-8 years for more than 1k. Anytime will kiok and they selling rocket high price. Maybe this is the time they make money..........Sad sad !

I think gov need to come in and help. Like giving subsidy 50% of laptop total price.

I bought Samseng ndroid Tablet and cheap China brand bluetooth keyboard for kid. RM1k. Brand new. Better than laptop as very light. You will need to pay RM5k for Surface Pro to match this portability. Used by kid in school.

I don’t think is because not money or saving but because mco will not last. Why buy full spec or new laptop/pc just to be use 3-4 months?

I bought dell inspiron 3502 for rm 1.3k only from their website for my kids..Good enuff already if just use for online learning.Buy used laptop if price around 1k seems not worth it

laptop not worth it for refurbished. the value is just not there for the specs you're getting. not to mention questionable reliability

latest new laptop even at lower tier 10-th gen i3 is better value under 2k.
