I’m looking for outdoor blind with guided track.
Main objective is to convert the balcony to useful space while not permanently brick it up. Google reveal Ziptrak and Smart Curtain brands. Anyone is using them? What is the indicative price? Any other vendors doing this? |

  This should work better to resist wind and rain water splash. I don't expect this is cheap. Hopefully, it is more durable and functional comparing to conventional outdoor blinds. Is there any user reviews? |

actually, Ziptrak's respond is fast but with the average price of RM70psqft for manual blind, it is definitely much more costly than brick walls.
I'll wait for other vendors. |
