As for now, the fvtv playlist can only be fetched from within iptv client app, browser cant open(devs decision to avoid block).
In any iptv client app:
M3u url :
fvtv2.mywire.org/my/tv.m3u
fvtv2.mywire.org/sg/tv.m3u
Epg is paid(10$ one time) and currently devs closed purchase option probably still developing the epg while paid user can still use the epg compatible with the m3u playlist. Alternative epg for this m3u is :

Dunno if it is working epg didnt test coz i use paid epg.
