May i know how to send warranty for INTEL NUC ?
Estimate how many days take to send to KL ?

The power cord similar like the laptop ?
Do you have 500GB 2.5" hdd ?

INTEL Malaysia is in Bayan Lepas, Penang not KL. You need to report/chat the problem first with Intel Customer Service Personnel as some of the problems can be solved online. Some user just anyhow make warranty claim where some is compatibility problems with the user components/devices/software or drivers issues.

That is why our component selling here are fully tested compatible with INTEL NUC.

The market has many brands & models of laptop which may not the same. Some use 2-Pin, Some use 3-Pin, Some use direct. Intel NUC uses 3-Pin.

Got question to you.
1) The latest 5i5RYH got m-sata port? Must use m.2?
2) power cord and wireless included right ?
3) There is SATA port inside for what ?

My friend is from Sabah.
He wants to know if he bought intel nuc, any warranty centre in Kota Kinabalu can accept if anything goes wrong?
