Do you offer customization service for mini pc?
I need to purchase a mini pc with the following specs

-Intel dual core 2.0 Ghz (similar range will do.)
-4GB DDR 3 RAM.
-external network card.
-250/500GB HDD

Can you recommend me a mini pc which suites the my request?
Also if opt not to purchase OS would it be cheaper?
It is for a project and I need to purchase 50 of it.
