Yes, can add 9600GT Low Profile Card which doesn't require much power from PSU.

Package 4 is more Upgradeable & it can run long hour just like any normal desktop pc.

Runs at cpu temp 68'C
Is this too hot?

By using Vizo Propeller 2 System Cooler, my itx system temperature drops :
ideal 53-54'C
normal 58-60'C
