I really wonder why all your batteries Kong out so fast. Had Yokohama, yuasa (wet type) lasted 5 years, Century , Bosch, also 3 years Now using GP. Last one lasted 3 years. Now on second one, just changed a new one because getting a little weak...but still serviceable. Typically I am using 1 size up though.

QUOTE(blek @ Jan 24 2021, 10:19 PM) those who car battery that last 3years+, how is your driving habit? always keep your car shade without exposing to hot humid? Just drive like normal. Parked under the sun most of the day. Yes, also idling a lot. When buying a battery, look for the cold cranking amps rating. (But that depends on how honest the manufacturer is on the rating) All batteries will degrade over time due to sulfation leading to a degradation of CCA. Higher CCA means you still have headroom to start the car when the battery degrades. Higher CCA means the battery has larger plates....and usually also means you have higher reserve capacity. The GP I use is made in Korea. This post has been edited by jaycee1: Jan 24 2021, 10:30 PM
