my benchmark if can pass 2 years good enough for me

my factory preinstalled inspira battery lasted close to 4 years tho. changed because cannot start if leave unused more than 3 days. If daily drive no issues. forgot what brand ramco or something

how to last 2 years?
mine last only 1 years+ on average.
previous cheapo brand i use last me 8 month only

Back in the old days, yuasa imo was the go-to brand. I wonder why it's not the case now.

Dunno , but my scooter using Yuasa lasts 6 years +++. Incredible. Almost 40k km.

Maybe you need to check your alternator, maybe it is overcharging your battery causing the battery to die fast.

What car u are using?

make sure your car wiring is in good condition

Grounding is good and no power leak that may discharge your battery, also did u install any additional speaker/woofer or accessory that may drain battery

If less than a year kong that maybe some fault in your wiring

because my old accord battery still can last close to 2 years per change and that car is made in 94 with additional speaker, woofer, amp installed

Most of the time, its not the alternator. It's all those additional fancy fancy battery sucking car accersories. Way too many that battery recharging can't cope up.

Mod and add batteries in parallel better. Easily 10 yrs batt life.

I use yokohama gold mf for 2 times on my diesel, not consistent. First unit lasted quite long, around the ballpark of 1 year and 4 month. Then the 2nd purchase didn't last that long, only 9 months. After that changed to AGM (no branding Korean car OEM) for free cause my friend own a Korean car service center, use that for 6 months, after that don't dare to use already, cause my car charging system is not suitable for the AGM and cause some weird issue. Then bought a SAIL battery (Chynese OEM battery manufacture for BMW and Merc) from my friend, worst battery i tried, can tahan till 11 month, then when it die it just die like that, suddenly engine cannot start, so dead that jump start also cannot start. Now using Varta blue dynamic, can't comment anything yet, just started using few months oni.

My mazda original q85 battery almost 5 years, steady aje but not using all car the automatic sensors and functions and no fancy accessories. just to transport me from point A to point B
