i feed the ~4kg + male cat a total of 30g of dry kibbles only per day.

30g in 3 meals a day, if u weight u will know the amount brapa kecik.. lol

40g still can gain some weight..

I just saved a little kitten in my house compound.
His mother abandoned him, so I brought him into home and setup a corner for him to stay, using cardboard and boxes to surround.
He has been with me for 2-3 weeks.

The problem is now I put litterbox, he doesn't want to use.
He still pass on top of cardbox like usual.
I've already caught him and put in litterbox, but no point.
How to train kittens to use litterbox?

You guys method worked!
I cut all the cardbox that he pooped before, and placed them around the litterbox.
Then i took some poop and put in litterbox.
Now he's pooping in the box.

This is my first time keeping a cat.
The litter i bought is from RM2.40 shop.
The litterbox is also from the same shop, which is used to plant plants, i think. Something like a paper dispenser used on office table. It has a low front entrance, which is easy for kitten to enter and exit.

Another thing, do you people separate kittens/cats by gender?

I'm afraid that if i saved more kittens and they're not spayed, on no time my house will have more kittens than humans.
I actually don't intend to spay them for the time being.

Ever since i gave treats to my kitten, he doesn't seem interested in dry kibbles anymore.

Last week brought my cat to the vet for annual vaccine and she's 4.2kg. Concerned that she's overweight, my vet said nope she's ideal, all you saw was just fluff. So now we cannot call her fatty girl anymore.

p.s My cat was picky with her food and sometimes skipped dinner, guess she was dieting on her own lol.

Recently my cat has been picky with her meals, taking sweet time to finish or even not touching them. She will eat if I add wet food/gravy to them.

So I'm thinking of mixing her kibbles with wet food. Any brand recommendation?

Currently she's on RC Hair & Skin, thinking of switching to Taste of the Wild if I'm mixing with wet food to be kinder to my pocket.

p.s. Anyone feeding their kitties raw egg? What's a safe frequency to feed?

Haha, recently i adopted a 2 months old male kitten.
I mixed this male kitten together with my 5 or maybe 6 months old female cats together.

At first, one of my female cat bullied him for days.
After that, they're like best friends forever now.

Anyway, my question is, if i continue to keep them together, will my female cats get pregnant although their age is different?

Guys, are those anti flea/tick collar effective?
I noticed that one of my cat's ear is bitten by something, like got some small fresh bites.
I bought an anti tick/flea spray to spray on them, but they always run away.
Whenever i catch them, they'll use their paws to run and scratches me.
They don't like getting wet.

So... last Saturday I brought my new kitten home. Sweet fella, a total lapcat & sleeping buddy.
Now the thing is, my older cat hate him, not just hissing but growling and wanting to swipe & bite him. 2nd night she sprayed at my bedroom door as warning.
Kitten also hissed at my old cat and dog coz he's scared.
So he's been staying in my room for the past few days, occasionally making supervised visit to the living room in the evening.
Last night he wouldn't hiss at my dog, but still enemies with my cat.
I was thinking should I let them fight for once? But my older cat is like 4 times heavier than him...

I'm about to have a new kitten in my house, does anyone has any experiences with any air purifiers and proven effective and good? Thank you in advance.

Keep seeing the "Levoit" brand having lots of ads, especially when you see those models with "Pet" word related purifiers...not sure those are just highly advertised overpriced items or really proven to be more effective than other purifier brands.

Basically air purifiers are just a big fan sucking all the air through the HEPA filters, not sure those marketing features are gimmicks or real effective stuffs.

Thinking of are they good for reducing cat furs...I heard that buying Fish oils for the cats will really reduces their fur drops as well...not sure how true as well...

Edit: Oh ya and reducing the smell of their poop station as well if possible...

Hi all cat lovers, need your advise.

I have been feeding 5 free roaming neighborhood cats at the back lane of my house in the past 1 year. They are about 1 yo. 3 males and 2 females all have been spayed/neutered, vaccinated & de-wormed.

Have been feeding them "belif" chicken & turkey for adult cat (18kg @ about RM200/bag last for about 2 mths) but they don't really like it.

Will appreciate for recommendation for alternate choices. Prefer dry food with reasonable protein contents [i mean not those with just carbo and artificial taste add-on].

I feed stray cats daily around the apartment I stay with Taste of Wild Angus Beef already for 1 year.
I took home a few months old stray female cat while seeing her being bullied by few male cats. 
After one month I get to know that she already pregnant.
Now she has 3 kittens staying with me.

Guys, what do you people think of Whiskas brand as a whole?
Saw 99 Speedmart and Shopee selling this brand, and it's a lot cheaper than famous brands like Royal Canin, etc.
I searched on the internet, saying this brand is no good.

Understood now, just like the processed meat we eat.
Ok, will avoid whiskas in future.
