QUOTE(diners @ Jan 30 2021, 07:35 PM)
just thought of updating to sifus who spent time to reply my query previously
finally bought new shoes for my car - 205/50/16 PS4, manufactured 4420 (one of them is 4520)
the tyre guy suggested to test fit with 1 piece and see if it rubs the fender or insides, but all is well.
(contacted my SA who sold me the car to ask him to help ask SC if my car can fit 16x7 rims, since the rims are of the identical car higher specd variant, apparently they say can)
tried to fit my hands into the, when i'm on my old 15" wheels i can fit 2 fingers between tyre and front absorber, now i'm left with 1 finger. around 1cm+, should that be fine?
been driving around 50km around my area (i stay next to MRR2, so i can spin around abit without roadblocks, yet), so far i'm happy with it
less bouncy when crossing road bumps, slightly more obvious bumpy when running over shitty roads but i can feel the car a little more lethargic probably due to the heavier weight overall.
shared this happy news with my car friends and they ask me why I take UHP tyres when i dont always whack corners or speed (my car isn't a powerful car to begin with 😂)
i'm thinking to myself, UHP or not, at least i know they are safe to use when i needed them
It's fine as long as it's not touching a anything. finally bought new shoes for my car - 205/50/16 PS4, manufactured 4420 (one of them is 4520)

Wise choice and enjoy!
