I did ask CS, she mentioned many problems with Allocate plus and Versa customer. But I access customer ok

i did feedback about the music thing to them already. but i also wish there is some sort of biometric login so that dun have to type the email and password everytime.

why you guys would risk it? there's already a stable platform like FSM currently. it's your hard earn cash man.

want to pengsan d, they really take 5 working days to sort out every issue.

1. took 5 working days after putting in money to realize got difficulty to open account
2. then another 5 working days to open my account
3. then another 5 working days ie today to realize in initial transaction not captured

goodness, and all these i had to follow up cus everything 5 working days

I oso just using whatapps for follow up.
Think they got many case to solve.
I do remind them after 1 or 2 day seen they pack with many problems.

They use almost 2 day reply my question about EDUSAVE 😅

After a few email to n fro, CS mention that my transaction been rejected (bcoz i key the wrong banking account).

Now they proceed with the latest banking account.....

settle within half day.....

surprise surprise, just got an email to activate i-access account. long last.

FSM choice of the month is 0.8% SC while allocate plus is 1% right? this month dont need to see allocate plus haha
