Finally they update Samsung Webiste and i got my tracking order after call / email them several time. ProbablyMy first and last time pruchase from Samsung Malaysia eStore (Samsung.com)

Do your tracking here instead.. They are no using DHL for some order.. Looks like their system put it wrongly ..

You should have received SMS Notification from them too..

If you missed the Pre-Order Offer, Perhaps this is another chances for you to get... if you prefer to get the Free Galaxy Buds Pro or Buds Live. I tried and it works.

which ugreen adapter you are using? How many watt that adapter can supply? I only able to power up using the original adapter with original cable, i cant power up when i was using orginal adapter (came with the wiresss charger trio) and using my own cable with Type C to USB converter and even QC3 Power Adapter also cant power up. (18W)

Haha.. I have the same unit as well... Yay. It is not supported for this Wireless Charger Trio.. At first i thought it will allow me to charge either watch or phone if I am using 18W charger. but apprenttly it wont power up unless it is supplied with 25W of power..

I do feel that there are few reasons why the Pre-Order via Samsung Online Store is getting delayed
1) DHL took longer time to process the order.
2) Not enough ready stock to fulfill the Pre-Order due to MCO

I suspected that most of the stocks was delivered to Partners or Telco like Courts, SenHeng, SenQ which they delivered earlier that actual date.
Perhaps the demand for the direct order via Samsung Online Store is more than their partners thus the stocks not enought to furfill.


I noticed something on the arrangement of delivery from Samsung Online Store.
For those who pre-order earlier was delivered by DHL eCommerce, and those who Pre-Order later was delivered by Pickupp.

Those who click on the url in the order page provided by Samsung probably have seen this screen .

Another interesting part is the manufactured date of my phone...

i noticed the the phone manufactured date is pretty "new" and it is 2h days after my Pre-Order.. That is where my assumption of stock is not enough for the demand of the phone.
Perhaps you guys can share the manufactured date of your phone and when your phone sent out / from Samsung to support this assumption.

Btw. Mine is S21 Ultra 5G 512GB

Looks like Phone get heated easily with just 108MP Camera on after tooking photos for like 10 min..

Perhaps S10 and S10 Plus were not a much segregation, frankly this round I never think about S21 or S21 Plus because the feature i want is only available in Ultra... To be, put the processor aside, the camera and ram was not a upgrade to me or not the selling point for me to "upgrade" since S10 Camera still very nice.. .

I am wondering did anyone of you enable the VoLTE whichout changing of the SIM Card?
Coz When I read aironiq comment, It looks like we need to change the old SIM Card to enable this. I called Celcom CS and they keep saying only iPhone supported VoLTE..
