Anyone able to purchase TNG reload pin ? Alway show out of stock . Has been more than 10day

I see got stock, but keep showing Recharged Failed when try to purchase

managed to buy 2x50 on Friday 5pm+, just trying luck.

100 deno, failed recharge, meaning oos.

now only i know failed recharge mean oos.. coz this morning only i see it shown as oos.. ytd night try still can proceed to purchase, just keep showing Recharge failed.

ya, it is under My Order. When i click in, no PIN there..

coz, normally the status is either Recharged Successfully or Recharged Failed. This is the first time i get PAID status but, no PIN available.

u also get "PAID" status and it auto refund to u? Ho w long will it take?

I check with CS, but, she told me to wait the status update to see it is Failed or not. but, it has been more than 30 min still no change.

just wait for final status....gonna take a while usually

last time i get paid status few days then contact cs to get credit refund

CS told me to wait the order to change to FAILED, once FAILED, i will get the refund. If order status no change, it will normally refund to my App Credit within 3 days... i asked to log case, but, she said no need, just wait 3 days max.

She somemore tell me RM100 is available.. but, i dare not to try, later stuck another RM100 there..

RM100 always low stock, no need to try.

I was about to buy too then see your post. These day they rarely restock

I try to pay TNB bill....also status PAID.

The payment is not reflected in TNB apps. Usually it's instant. I'll wait for 3 days for auto-refund bah.

Hi, have you got the refund for Paid status?
I just encountered similar status.
Wondered need to contact cs or it will auto refund...
