Most probably, because merchant wouldn't lose anything if they allow Spay to pay for bills am i right

any biller accept sens in Elinking? seems all required whole number to pay hmm.gif still looking forward 40sens more from spin to make it whole number and remove the app..

for those buying tng pin from elinking, can consider zcxxxx, no extra charge can can buy one time a day, 15 times a month. Pay using credit card and fpx

new sign up can get some voucher and points too

yea, only can do for boost and tng so far
