mari2 kasi feedback on stand mixers that joo guys using. thinking to get one for making bread and cookies at home

burnt out my old hand mixer last time whipping cream lel

how come got so many weird conflicting stuff like people said higher wattage mixers better tapi got several commercial mixers like 500-600W and works better geh. then banyak perry smith, russel taylor etc all equipped with 1000-1500W motors  hmm.gif

was thinking kitchenaid but damn its expensive for Artisan line

people only use kitchenaid because reliable a bit lah for mixer
but they damn expensive I tell you

if you really serious about it can invest

if not la kan,
hand mixer also ok jer

cause these things so easy rosak one hehe
especially if you pukul bread dough

if stand mixer memang kitchenaid all the way cause nothing else compares

which model you using?
hand mixer to me mmg cant do bread la, it just kenot

can easily burn out motor from whipped cream, apatah lagi bread

but siao RM3k for a artisan haiz
so far the ones people recommend online all Artisan at least, but RM3k++ haiz

i saw classic one RM2k but like you said prolly not enough.

how do one calculate bread dough size? i normally do bread dough sizes like 500gm flour and then 70% water. any bigger then abit too much
*
that is mmg the pricing
