mari2 kasi feedback on stand mixers that joo guys using. thinking to get one for making bread and cookies at home
burnt out my old hand mixer last time whipping cream lel
how come got so many weird conflicting stuff like people said higher wattage mixers better tapi got several commercial mixers like 500-600W and works better geh. then banyak perry smith, russel taylor etc all equipped with 1000-1500W motors
was thinking kitchenaid but damn its expensive for Artisan line
I use a KitchenAid, it is now 15 years old and I bought it 2nd hand off a Japanese lady that was leaving the country. burnt out my old hand mixer last time whipping cream lel

I go through phases where I like baking breads and then it would be months before I do it again.
When it comes to mixers and if you would be making bread dough with it then get the best one you can afford.
The point to note is KitchenAids are expensive but due to their gearing they do better than more powerful mixers. Cheap mixers have cheap plastic gears in them. Waste of time.
