hi fellow malaysians ..
can folks here pls recommend reliable couriers for domestic delivery? by reliable, i mean that items will arrive undamaged, and if lost, will have a fair process of insurance claim, ie. not pointing fingers, or shirking from responsibilities.
while i am less concerned abt price, but, it will be good if they are cheaper than fedex / dhl.
for a start, not gdex bcoz i read here abt the melaka branch trying to rough up a customer. i thot of dropzone, but their about-us was spouting unbelievable crap abt how good their ceo is, and the many millions they invested in infrastructure - totally make them look uncredible.
i know where citylink jb is .. just not sure if they will be honorable when it comes to an unfortunate insurance claim. nationwide? i read that skynet is teruk.
i probably will end up going fedex / dhl, but customer will have to pay or them. just want to offer malaysian customers cost effective solutions.
thanks!

some background ..
i am a johor bahru-ian based in singapore, running a webstore. we have been delivering orders (headphones, mp3) to malaysia by ems and fedex/dhl from singapore.
but, past 6 months, all our ems parcels were taxed, and at almost 20-25% .. of course customer almost muntah darah, and we feel sorry too.
so, we are thinking of finding ways to hand carry items into jb, and sending from there.
I suggest ABXExpress, they deliver very quickly. From Sarawak->Kuala Lumpur and arrive before 9AM nextdaycan folks here pls recommend reliable couriers for domestic delivery? by reliable, i mean that items will arrive undamaged, and if lost, will have a fair process of insurance claim, ie. not pointing fingers, or shirking from responsibilities.
