i would not suggest turning the top fan as exhaust
your gpu is dumping excessive heat within your case, your front intake fan airflow will be blocked
therefore, the top intake fan will cool your cpu instead (1 fan close to cpu will be enough)

try with open case, then u will know if it's airflow issue

if the temperature cap were 83c in afterburner, how did it go into 85c and 87c?

i also dont know....but now after reverting back so that the 2 top fan into intake fan back..the temp is at 85c...

83C is the normal temps in your situation. Restricted airflow + mediocre heatsink design from the eagle + malaysia ambient temps will easily hit high 70s to 80s. Invest in at least gaming oc series from gigabyte if you want better temps and get a better case. There's a reason why cards are priced differently. It's not just aesthetics

Provide your full specs. See how

Sometimes change case saja no use.

Example

Lian li lancool 2 mesh. Aka airflow case.
If u buy this case bec its cheap then wrong

To fully utilise its airflow u need to custom case fans. Top x3 120 back x1 exhaust and front x3 intake and psu shroud x2.
So u buy it bec its cheap. Then u have to buy so many more fans. End up more expensive than eclipse p600s

Use phanteks p400a. Case fans default sucks. U need to use better case fans too. Default can game, but dont expect GN video kind of stats. Impossible in our country unless u full blast aircond.

For me I use p500a. I custom fans change all use silent wings 3 pwm. Ai suite 3 to control tune via fanxpert (asus feature). Really silent when on silent mode not gaming.

Gaming also not jet turbo. Audible but when use closed back headphone not audible already. Gpu nv go beyond 68C so far full load
