Hey guys, I need some advise on what kind of food should I take in order to avoid hunger before lunch or dinner.

Usually I get hungry about 1h 30m - 2 hours after taking my breakfast. After lunch, if I consume a large amount of meal or that one with lots of calories, the hunger will only take place after around 4 - 5 hours. If it's a small amount of food (what I usually have because I'm not a big eater), I will get hungry after 3 hours.

So my issue is, if I eat late before my hunger takes place, my stomach will produce a lot of gas causing bloating and it feels very uncomfortable. At first, I was thinking of drinking milo (only have 3 in 1) but after made some research I found out that it's not good to consume a lot as it has a high level of sugar.

Try to do away with the traditional big lunch and dinner practices, eat small meals throughout the day.

Eat when hungry but stop eating when you are no longer hungry. Type of food need to try see which suitable for you as you are already knowledgeable.

As always, exercise is important as well as to aid metabolism.

By the way, thank you everyone for the advise. I will try the solutions given and see which fit to my lifestyle.
So far, I managed to reduce the hunger before the main meal by drinking lots water, or eating big meal (will try to avoid it though sweat.gif )
