 What food to eat for a healthy lifestyle?

So you want to be satiated for a long time and to avoid bloating. Have you heard of Ketogenic diet? Extreme form is zero carb/carnivore diet. If you are willing to change your lifestyle, actually zero-carb will give. you zero bloating. And as long as you stay in ketosis and take quality animal fat, you won't get easily get hungry.

This diet should be very rare outside of USA. It is your choice.
