Hey guys, I need some advise on what kind of food should I take in order to avoid hunger before lunch or dinner.
Usually I get hungry about 1h 30m - 2 hours after taking my breakfast. After lunch, if I consume a large amount of meal or that one with lots of calories, the hunger will only take place after around 4 - 5 hours. If it's a small amount of food (what I usually have because I'm not a big eater), I will get hungry after 3 hours.
So my issue is, if I eat late before my hunger takes place, my stomach will produce a lot of gas causing bloating and it feels very uncomfortable. At first, I was thinking of drinking milo (only have 3 in 1) but after made some research I found out that it's not good to consume a lot as it has a high level of sugar.
Maybe you can try to divide your meals to 6 times: breakfast, pre-lunch, lunch, tea time, dinner, supper Usually I get hungry about 1h 30m - 2 hours after taking my breakfast. Instead of taking just 3 meals, having 6 meals of lighter proportion is much better for digestion and your stomach
If you wan an easy drink, then you might opt for something line Abott's Ensure which is nutritionally balance instead of Milo
