If we count the past 10 years, MU still got double the amount of PL trophies compared to Pool.

Man, for a season when we are still rebuilding with Pool & City set to dominate, you bunch sure are negative at the top of the table.

While it is true that Liverpool and City have not been at the level they are at last year, I think United's run has been quite consistent in the past year and a half.
For starters, since Bruno's arrival, United has taken the most points in the League from that point.

The mark of a good team is the ability to grind out the 3 points. We could not 2 years ago. This season we can. The game againts Brighton, or Aston Villa, or even the latest one against Fulham; another season we would have lost or drawn those games. Somehow, we've managed to find our way back from losing positions 8 times this season to snag the win. Why? I think it is the mentality Bruno and Cavani brings. Before if we concede an early goal, you can see the heads drop and we never get in the game. Bruno and Cavani have that different midset where they don't allow their teammates to drop and it shows. Even Pogba, who would normally disappear in these losing games suddenly can find magic again.

I'm not saying we are not a work in progress, because we clearly are. More work needs to be done, yes. And we also need to recognize the progress the team has made. Not everyone will like Ole, but he has done something the past couple of world class managers at theclub could not. Top at mid season. Enjoy our time at the top while it lasts, who knows how long it will be. I prefer to be on top, and then maybe dropping a place or to compared to being sixth and chasing up. These players need to learn how to be winners again like the squad under Sir Alex. Top position and having the rest of the League chase us will only help that cause.
