I plan to start with my diet eat 80 kg worth of calory everyday to reach the ideal weight. After that will do some exercise to prevent fatty belly and have some body builder body.

Anyone can advise me how to eat for 80 kg? Breakfast nasi lemak, lunch char koay teow, tea time biscuit, dinner rice with chicken vege and egg then supper bread with peanut butter.

Is that ok?

It is much better if you eat a lot and do weight lifting targeting big muscle groups such as chest, back and legs.

About food, better to eat a good portion but repeat that same portion on every meal. Breakfast, lunch, tea break, dinner, supper. Add protein shake into your diet as well.

Increase muscle mass is much better than eating a lot and gain fat and bad cholesterol.

Eat enough calory and exercise will convert the fat to muscle right?

You can gain or lose fat and muscle. But you can't convert fat to muscle.

Sorry beginner here. So I should gain muscle instead of fat for my weight? Then should I be counting my meal in terms of protein than calory?

Eat more than your calories consumption. And do weight training and exercise. You want to build muscle, not farming fat.
