Then, this agent kam offer maxis one plan rm98, with rebate rm30 every month, so, nett pay rm68 jer, with more data and unlimited call/ sms. Accepted it. Later, the agent give some stupid excuse, kenot give rebate, got to pay full rm98 and contract 24 months still jalan......ayam rage, scold the agent until ancestor 18 generation, until don't dare to pick up my call/ sms/ whatapps.....ayam called maxis direct, can't help no black and white contract with maxis, only whatapps message between agent and me, kenot accept, although the maxis staff very open, say this agency punya agent manyak problem, even maxis pun mau terminate them, coz many customer complain, they promise customer heaven, tapi kenot deliver, and maxis got to pick up the shit, ayam threaten to bring up to mcmc, which not the first also.......finally, got what i want, rebate rm30 every month for 24 months contract.
