Back a week ago, was approached by Unifi sales representative to switch over to Unifi from Maxis. At that time, he pitched the following :-
1) Free 42" TV π₯°
2) Reimbursement of contract penalty of RM500 π
3) Reconnection within 48 hours of termination π
Fast forward to now, here is my situation :
1) It has been over 5 days since my fibre with Maxis was disconnected
2) Numerous complaints to the dealer concerned π
3) 2 complaints to MCMC and still no Unifi π€
4) Will update again once am finally connected
So for all of you who has yet to make that jump, consider the above and good luck on your decision. Note to self, will definitely port out once my 24 months contract ends π
