I'm tempting to terminate unifi and jump to Digi/Allo next year, but Allo's work seems to be halted in my area after TM going full speed on expanding their fiber coverage (recruited all the subcons). Digi seems promising on their special plans for postpaid users, around RM30~50 cheaper than Unifi's offering of the same speed and their routing seems to be better than Unifi.

hi sifu, a question. My apartment is only 700 sq ft and the router is approximately 25 - 30 feet to my pc. With the method you mentioned, is it possible to get full 800mbps? Of course lan is impossible as the router is too far away from the pc. If only connect to mesh wifi and no any cabling or whatsoever, is it possible to achieve a min of 600mbps?

fyi, previously i've complaint 3x on fibre cable issue. technical team say the birds causes the fibre cable unstable and i have LOS signal. each time, they tighten and replace the cable at the pole.. i oso baik hati belanja rm20 each time they came, rm60 flies.

There is no such thing as loyalty in their eyes. To them we are just a bunch of cows and sheep they wanna slaughter. The fact that one package can have multitude of prices where the most loyal customers oftentimes pay the higher tiers than those whom TM calls "special customers".

They have weaved a tale so convincing and infectious about these "special customers" who deserve low tier pricing that their self-belief kick in. They may even lie, twist or even try to convince the rest of their existing customers that they are too normal to deserve these prices because they have not contributed in making TM great. No, your years of patronage with them don't count because you are just plain stupid.

I guess in these days the only way to become "special" is to be shrewd and not to stay loyal and just port out when the time comes. For normal people like me, it's during this brief window of time that I truly feel special and appreciated.

Seems i got a sms and also on my unifi app that i got a free speed upgrade service for my unifi for 30 days, but speedtest its still showing around 100mbps speed even after i rebooted the modem and router, anyone know what kind of "free upgrade" is this actually?

And i see some users are getting Unifi 300mbps for RM129, I'm currently using 100mbps for RM129 and I definitely need that 300mbps deal.

Do I have to wait until my contract ends to get that special offer at the TM point? Or is it only for selected customers
