i am 100mbps only but don't want 300mbps same rm129 hehe because my contract will end soon

daam Telegram very slow for download most movie
few days always fast seen faster
now days very slow speed most 100kb/sec and 400kb/sec and 500kb/sec daam
last week never had problem i get fast most 2mb/sec+++ file size most 1.5GB
now take long time
my phone Telegram group many video not download always buffering daam slow
