Unifi users including other ISPs that use Unifi infra are not allowed to access BTU (Modem), only Unifi technician are allowed.
Why do you want to access the settings of the modem?

And what does that has anything to do with accessing the BTU?

I once experienced an issue of dropped call on a fiber network. Arguably this issue is due to several factors. The first factor is due to the modem itself, the second factor is due to interference or maintenance on the fiber network. the best way is, make a phone call to customer service to ask them to reset your network.

Never access the modem settings. Only unifi technician are allowed

Why don't you report to TM for this issue?

Normal users are not able to login to the modem

Nothing in there is going to help you
Inisist them to send the technician over to test the phone call themselves
But you have to make sure you are able to reproduce the same error when their technician comes

House A <--- 100mbps (normal)
House B <--- 85mbps (capped, instead of 300mbps)

oo.. didn't know deco can replace directly the existing tm wifi router.. thought only serve as mesh.
means the deco itself can establish pppoe and there is configuration for it..

ya.. knowing if use tm default devices, there could be some limited configuration.
but wondering is the deco dual internal antenna is better than the tm wifi router (fiberhome sr120a) with 4 external external?

both m5 and x20, over my budget.. furthermore im only on 30mbps unifi fiber.. i think m40 jz fine for me (i guess)..
and in dilemma whether to maintain fiberhome or replace fiberhome with m40.. not very sure the configuration.

Already upgraded to 300mbps on 8th June, but still getting old speed 100mbps.. already called the tech and wait they come to fix it. anyone got same problem?

ya. i paid RM159 for 300Mbps + TP Link M4 ... too tempting ....if without M4 , i wont upgrade to 300Mbps...
