i've just received sms from TM saying my complaint has been attended & restored. im not sure what they have done, later i go back check if the issue persist.
fyi, previously i've complaint 3x on fibre cable issue. technical team say the birds causes the fibre cable unstable and i have LOS signal. each time, they tighten and replace the cable at the pole.. i oso baik hati belanja rm20 each time they came, rm60 flies.
