TRY ME T&C even stated campaign actually started even months earlier and now is extended.
don't wallow in self pity. create SKMM case to argue before the 27th day is up. at least even if not solved immediately, you have filed and argued your intent to terminate is scuppered by TM's change of rate plan than what was intended. can then argue to waive 30d+days it took to come to resolution.
If TM argued that you were unilaterally switched because you were not FIBRE-NEW customer - as you said you already terminated before - then I would ask, did TM communicated clearly that they bumped you off to different plan T&C and not Try Me's T&C.

i cannot find the exact word TRY ME like before, so you have to pay attention to this.

it does not make sense that you sign up on the web promoting "try for 30 days" but refuse when you want to exercise that right. even if they switch you, cannot unilaterally do so without your consent.

in fairness, if you sign up for X, and received email that can only be expected from you signing up for X, how will you know they actually had you for another plan A that is not even mentioned in the X campaign? it is not up to consumer to know  that "100 lite me" is not one of TRY ME plans. in fact, would you have known you are not using TRY ME if you had not approached this forum today?

Exactly, when the product page say TRY for 30 days for free, i expect its a trial without contract regardless how u named the package in my Unifi app.

Through Live Chat, the agent told me its indeed TRY ME campaign.

I know about this thanks to this forum smile.gif

And make no sense if you ask customer to try but cannot terminate if u dont like it.

I just got my 300Mbps @ RM159 Unifi upgraded, the installer brought 2x Fiberhome router n installed for me.
But nothing to be exited about, I only can get less than 100Mbps when connected to mesh node.

Ya, for me it wasted because my modem+router is upstair, so most of the time I will be connected to mesh node.
Unless u can go for wired backhaul.

Ya, should try the 300Mbps @ RM129 SWU package 1st before asking for RM159 package.
For my case, that time still on 100Mbps 30days free trial, so not going to push my luck. I even have very very very tough time to get this RM159 package that time, took almost 3 weeks, n talked to lots of ppls, as well as reported to MCMC.
