when there are workers, there will be demand for housing, malls, schools etc

but MY want to straightaway build property without first having the ecosystem to support such demands for housing

so eventually fail

but 10 years ago, MY still got chance to attract manufacturing opportunities

now with rise of Vietnam, etc and with the green wave, Good Luck to us

eventually even Myanmar will overtake us
