Do you think citywoods or country gardens condo is good?
I never been there to those danga bay citywood , country garden or other condo there. The only place i have stayed is johor jaya landed prop jalan anggerik there my relative place.
I cant comment much, but in view of subsequent economy, financial future and domestic development potential, currency depreciation and how KL PJ prop valuation goes up, just go ahead as long as it is a prime area.
One think i found it funny is, the management team of condo, g&g mostly average to good as too much complaint from sinkie culture. Haha
