And johor second link area, gelang patah seem like creating lot of IT work, high pay job where they hired a lot of foreigners.

Now is the wrost time due to end of years, school holidays.
That jam is for vehicle, the walk way is almost the same. A lot of ppl pengsan just because they q there for 2-4 hr just to get their passport chopped . Aircond area mcm no air cond, bad smell, packed like sardine and etc.

Mostly i c the studio condo price is higher compare to kl.
U c palazio, simply rm1.4-1.8k.
Midori green rm1.4k min.

Penang lrt and other infrastructures shall be done way better since before. Now is just too congested for a living.

I never been there to those danga bay citywood , country garden or other condo there. The only place i have stayed is johor jaya landed prop jalan anggerik there my relative place.
I cant comment much, but in view of subsequent economy, financial future and domestic development potential, currency depreciation and how KL PJ prop valuation goes up, just go ahead as long as it is a prime area.

One think i found it funny is, the management team of condo, g&g mostly average to good as too much complaint from sinkie culture. Haha

I wonder what is the future?

What is the purpose for all of this while most prefer to work in nearby country? Met a cook 4k sgd recently.
Local workers esp johorean are not keen to work in mly.
F&B mostly myammar workers.
No workforces.
