There is a suggestion that HSR ended on MY side at Forestcity(new Special Financial Zone) n cross over to Jurong. The 2nd-link will have a bypass that links to Forestcity. The Special Economic Zone should be in the surrounding Iskandar Puteri with the Tanjung Pelepas port near by.
Hopefully this time is not blow water only. ![]() ![]() This post has been edited by MGM: Jan 13 2024, 11:45 AM |

QUOTE(plouffle0789 @ Jan 23 2024, 09:57 PM) SKS Group has signed a hotel management agreement with Marriott International to open a 345-room Sheraton Johor Bahru hotel in Johor Bahru, Johor, expected to open in 2025. Is this part of the abandoned Pacific mall? The hotel will be part of an upcoming mixed-use development along Jalan Storey in Johor Bahru, including commercial developments, a retail podium, and office spaces. 1st hotel in world that so near to land custom!!! |

With SEZ, SFZ n RTS successfully implemented plus the expanded Woodlands CIQ, JB can be a mini Shenzhen attracting people from all other states. But I still believe planation land in west coast is better investment than houses.

QUOTE(Jazted @ Jun 9 2024, 11:52 PM) From the image, Sedenak seem to got bigger coverage than GP. Sedenak TP 700+ acres, NUSAJAYA TP 500+. Also pasir gudang was left out. That why the mp pasir gudang wanted to bring pengerang in the economic zone No bridge on the east side to carry cables across to SG, West Side got 2nd LINK & causeway QUOTE(Zhik @ Jun 10 2024, 12:05 AM) Yes nearer to NUSAJAYA TP.This post has been edited by MGM: Jun 10 2024, 04:17 AM |

QUOTE(Jazted @ Sep 28 2024, 09:50 AM) Definitely, however the public transport must be ready by the time or else they can only stay near to bukit changar. Unless they take grab daily. QUOTE(plouffle0789 @ Sep 28 2024, 10:03 AM) But if foreigners enter and exit Johor Bahru or other Malaysian border towns like those in Kedah, Perlis, Perak, Kelantan, Sabah, or Sarawak daily for many consecutive days, will immigration ban them from entering Malaysia for 30 days? Those who choose to stay here would get the MM2H, most of them would also get cars which r so much more affordable than SG.Is this true or just a rumor? |

QUOTE(plouffle0789 @ Sep 28 2024, 10:13 AM) 700,000 MYR FD can stay at malaysia for 5 years only. Now 150000x4.1=615000.Not attractive... ![]()
******* minimum application age has been lowered from 35 to 25 years. ****************** Can withdraw 50% of FD after 1 year for property purchase I think there is a special category for Forest city resident. This post has been edited by MGM: Sep 28 2024, 10:24 AM |
