You comparing a “strike jackpot” location condo with not so well to do location. Not fair la. Why not go see those in KSL, Taman Daya, forest city, Medini area. I got a colleague bought a condo in Medini for 600k++, over 1k per sqft last time. Now iProperty all listing the same unit around 240-260k. That also not sure if have buyer. Mostly i c the studio condo price is higher compare to kl.

I am a palazio owner myself and staying there. We buy 120k+ only now can sell 250k. Another of my friend buy same time as me country garden Danga Bay. Studio near 400k. Now also rent 1.4k or sell also can’t get back 400k. Damn kecian. That time I told my friend buy slightly further la don’t pay the premium for so call near kastam but she don’t want to listen. Now her condo stuck.
Got another friend bought Mont kiara condo before covid also. 1.xm. She told me installment around 5k++. She manage to rent out the unit immediately after completion for 6k a month. 97-98% covered her installment + maintenance fees. Consider damn good la tu.
Just FYi my palazio installment only around 600, even with maintenance fees if I rent out easily pocket 300-500 a month depends on how much you want songlap ur tenant
