If the same contractor doing dismantling and installing, maybe can tekan a bit on the dismantling cost... Dismantle and plastering it back should be max 1 man 2 days job. How much are they paying their workers to charge you RM480?Area seri kembangan

On the installation, I think for RM35 psf I will expect slightly more premium windows materials. Aluminium how many inches?
Oh, and you probably can't re-use the grill... Need to think about it too.
