UOB's page (the first link) already mentioned a subscription fee of 3%. TIGR will need to earn something too. 4.95% is weighted-average YTM, but distributions are only 3.5% p.a., twice a year. TIGR and UOB are betting that the yields have peaked and will come down soon, so hold till maturiy makes sense. But if the Fed change course some time later, the promised returns won't be realized.
