I watched the match until Leno’s red. TBH I think we did great until the penalty. Just luck is not our side. 1 goal ruled out by VAR, 2 woodworks (woodwork doesn’t count as on target tho).

Don’t want to blame ref because the team gave them a chance for the ref to punish us. Luiz was at the centre line and missed the header before his red card so I think him has to take the responsibility for it.

While other team is thrashing another team with 9 goals, Arsenal loss their 9th match of the season, if this season can be in top 6 should be count as successful season already? Unless we can win Europa but that one will be tougher than FA cup, which thrown by Arteta 😅

I’ve seen the replay many times, Willian Jose’s foot came in contact with Luiz knee, yes but never in a million years that was deliberate.

Penalty? Yes 100%, red card? Definitely no and VAR should’ve overturned the red to a yellow. Go google the rules on denying clear goal scoring opportunities. It is only a red card if it is a deliberate foul to deny the clear goal scoring opportunity else it is a yellow.

If you think otherwise then yeah, we will agree to disagree.

VAR is absolutely useless and this could be the worst ref ever. They don't even dare to replay the VAR clips during the game.

I'm just surprised that the players didnt whack the referee on the spot! I would!
