The way how ESR played his running, positioning and passing somewhat reminds me of Ramsey but ESR is very much more like a team player in overall.

Willian is practically useless and worst transfer of recent years after Pepe. I would probably keep Ozil and release Willian if possible. At least Ozil is still tweeting about the team and footing for the mascot's salary
