Recently....saw a video talking about car grounding cable.

i know having good grounding does smoothen a lot of things....but 700 plus for 1 copper cable isn't excessive ?

i feel like can DIY it myself. for <100 bucks by using some good grade copper cable

I did the grounding before. Zero noticeable effect. Placebo also don't have.
*
based on the sharing...your car must be old enough to have noticeable effect

if your car isn't that old and u never mess with the cabling of the car
u don't have to worry about grounding problem as it is well grounded by the car manufacturer
*
well....it doesnt mess with your existing wiring.

is just adding another cable to the negative terminal of the battery and simply bolt it to the component that has skru hole.

thats plug n play.

Agree there will be a better feel especially after replacing old grounding cable.

However, spending RM799 TS posted video grounding cables are madness.
*
is absurd to spent that kind of money. on just yet another cable.

but hey...he just another jewtuber making content to earn a living.

If you planning to ground your body ground battery, alternator + to battery, engine ground chasis, a high copper surface 1/0 or 4AWG will be good enough. Im running a parallel 12v and it does help a bit with overall charging, I was dragging my alternator at first because its not for parallel, but at least after thicker grounding, everything charge @ normal rate 14.3v±.
*
i remember 14v is the optimal when the car running

Last time I install relay switch for the headlights and do grounding at that area. Much better, brighter and won't go dim when engine low rev
*
good grounding does bring a lot of benefit.

but there is also "voltage stabilizer " which is bunch of capacitor being added.
