haha... my experience with SIS was they'd tell u that it'll take 2 weeks (by default). U must then put some pressure on them saying that it's really urgent (give some bull like u need to be overseas or sth), n tell them that u'll call n check tmr.

Then u call n call n call till u get ur phone back. Sure less than 2 weeks.
