wat happend? how did u brick it?

last weekend i dropped my baby at the service centre on friday n picked it up on saturday morning. im happy with the new keyboard they replaced. but somehow the back casing when put back, it isnt that fix as usual anymore. asked them for a new replacement for the back casing but it will have to cost me rm55 for that flip plastic >.< and the color seems to be lighter than the real color, i didnt change it n used back the original ones.

yeah.. now no more keyboard problem
if u want them to be quick, tell them u are from outstation

im looking for a s/w that can allows me to write my diary in my baby. any1 got s/w to recommend?

can u wait 1-3 days? im testing new rom by schap at xda forum. so far the speed is incredible. but i face some problem and in the mist of fixing it. if everything ok, i really recommend u this rom. then i can tell u how to upgrade

can u pls check if u have the latest activesync?

u need to revert back to dopod original rom. go to htc website and download and flash it. they can see how long your warranty is from your serial number. and if its over, just show your invoice.

tips: tell them you from outstation working and ask them to get it done asap good luck.

I'm currently using Schap's WM6 4.01 Rom, tweaked and its running great. The speed is incredible too. So far no problem. Only problem with the on/off comm manager for dopod 838 pro can be fixed from >>HERE<<

It's actually called HTC Home. It's a Today Screen plugin. And yes the weather forecast can be updated daily through GPRS, which i disable it in my PPC because its a waste of money.

if not mistaken this will only happen if u have duplicated contacts. can u try check if the person who tried callign u have 2 contacts with same number in your list?

Wat do u refer to for memory performance?

I know its good because if u use any browser to open your Windows folder, it takes at least a few seconds. With this, it takes about 2-3 seconds only.

Let me know how to check or wat u are looking for and ill test it for u

is it broke due to installation? then its meant to be that way... just b4 it starts to install.

Fresh after restart:
Total: 50.77MB
In Use: 25.48MB
Free: 25.29MB (nothing running)

After open many program and close them:
Free: 23.13MB (with text message running)

After free memory with SK Tool:
Free: 24.64MB (with text message running)
Free: 25.17MB (with text message closed and re-run SK Tool free memory)

So wat's your conclusion?

what is it that you want to do? downgrade? as in from WM6 to WM5? if you are still using WM6 to a different rom, u do not have to do as said in the site u gave me. You just flash the new rom over it

have u checked if u are able enable "connect to internet" instead of "connect to work"?

then can u try go to wifi settings and wait there.. it may detect from there sometimes its like that...

go to wifi settings > menu > network cards > network to access: all available.. u wait there again, see if u can detect it.
