Can withdraw to your bank account. Just need to very your shoppee account.

Shopee can do transfer or cashout back to bank (once a week if the policy still stand).

As mentioned above, you probably need an IC verified shopee account with them to do so.

Is there an option for non-IC verified shopeepay? The last time I wanted to activate shopeepay, I gave up because it asked for my IC details.

They WILL ban shopeepay if topup and withdraw reason being using shopeepay to gain CC points/cashback, and Shopee is absorbing the CC topup cost too.
U topup 4K u get 4K but to Shopee they probably already lose 1% of 4K to bank charges so u withdraw without using it means Shopee rugi.

All this IC verification stuffs started since LGE pushed for e-wallet. I think it’s coincide with BNM’s policy for e-wallet to force ID verification for sum above RM200. As a result ShopeePay had a revamp and started asking for this and that. Few years back cashing out and etc need no ID verification, only TAC confirmation enough.

Once your shopeepay is verified you can withdraw it back. No biggie.

Alternatively you could buy Setel voucher codes every month to use back the credit in the account.

Looks like shopeepay takes it one step further by asking for IC the moment you want to activate it, regardless of whether the user wants to go > rm200 or not.

I was very against shopee pay verification. But once verified and register, i dont care much ady. The transfer from shopee to our bank is quite fast, so yeah its pretty good to enjoice those vouchers. Buy thing or two, supplies you eat or use on a daily basis. Then transfer them all back to your bank.

You can withdraw once ....and they won't still ban yet. So just verify your IC then withdraw it.

Been doing it for months now. I topped up and transfer both from same bank acct so no issue about gaming credit card or what.

yes. those transferring thousands must be up to no good. i only transfer back because i topup in excess whenever i need to use shopeepqy

I think top up from bank account and withdraw back to bank account is no issue. Top up from credit card and withdraw to bank account is an issue as this can be abused by people wanting to borrow money from their credit card without the usual charges. Shopee also loses out as they are charged a percentage fee by the cc company for the top up.

Non IC verified ShopeePay can use for buying things right? Just cannot withdraw or transfer.

when you sign up for shoppee pay, you're required to enter your IC details. Enter == type/tap. when you go for verification, you screenshot your IC and face

You can try ask shopee just reverse charge the excess amt back to the same CC which was used to topup. On condition they do it fast². Then no fee for them and no billshock for you.
