I think really need to (1) existing cash generating assets/investments (2) able to pull the belt when needed when things go awry.
If the property completed and it’s for investment, rental can subsidise a good portion of it. It’s a numbers game. |

for single, and no daddykasi, salary should be around 13k to afford it comfortably. its easier if you have partner, daddykasi or other type of passive income. crador liked this post

Then bought 200k apartment then rent to banggalaaa Then repeat until bank reject your mortgage loan Caveat this steps can be a plan or just a dream for some. |

Paying 3.5k/mth look easy for 1st year.
When 2nd year already start to regret and looking to let go. Then those buying 600k condo, 1 year later see lelong can sell 400k. Don't fall into these trap |
