A few advantage points of 118
- high land (53m)
- 50 feet wide road (gate-to-gate)
- practical layout

Disadvantage are
- leasehold
- near surau
- quality so so

too many asked about this 118, only left bumi units (if your bumi ur in luck )

non bumi no luck for you coz even the owners dont wan sell... got 1 corner la 2mil asking price...

got some info from the developer, only bumi unit left with selling price starts from RM1.15mil for intermediate unit. Is the price worth it?

new bk8 launch is around 1.5 mil for bumi intermediate tho. is freehold worth 30% premium and 2 year wait? 🤔

i keep missing out on the ballots and now dunno if the new price is logical or not. i looking for nonbumi la. next to impossible to get the draw. aduh.

bumi released unit now selling almost 1.3 mil, is the market so good now even though it's leasehold? the agent like super busy, slow response, makes me really hesitant to ask further.
