Hi all, may I have some recommendations on pregnancy multivitamins? Preferably capsules or syrup?

Doctor prescribes New Obimin tablet for me, I've been chewing it before swallowing, and now only I know that I wasn't allowed to (after 1 month).
I had difficulty swallowing tablets, and even fish oil -like capsules. Pharmacists has been recommending soft capsules to me, but it was too big or either still too hard to be swallowed.

Hope that someone can recommend some other normal capsules like or syrup for pregnancy multivitamins to me! Thank you in advance!

You have difficulty swallowng pills? You should let your doctor know. You can try this, fill your mouth with water like 80% full, tilt head up and open your mouth, drop the pill and gulp down the water. Don't think or feel the pill just swallow.

Your Dr is best to let you know what vitamin you need to top up. The usual ones are iron, D and b2

I took iron tablet (these are very small), chewable vitamin C, folic acid and DHA fish oil during my pregnancy
